US president Donald Trump says that if North Korea abandons nuclear weapons it can become one of the world's greatest economic powers. Trump tweeted that Kim Jong's country and people are more likely to develop faster than other countries.
This statement of Trump has come only a few hours after the statement of US Secretary of State Mike Pompeii, in which Pompey has said that Pyongyang still remains a nuclear threat. Let Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong be among them to have talks in Hanoi, Vietnam on 27-28 February. Earlier, the two leaders had held a meeting in Singapore last year.
Like his father and grandfather, Kim, who believed in the rail travel rather than the airplane, had left after the military guard of honor at Pyongyong Station on Saturday evening. His train reached the border of China on Sunday.
North Korea's official news agency KCNA had released some photographs confirming his departure, in which he was greeted by his countrymen by shaking hands with the train. Kim Yong Jong along with Kim on the train and Kim Yong Chol, also a key negotiator in the negotiations with America.
Trump tweeted, "We both expect the continuation of the first talks in Singapore." In a program of US State Governors, Trump said that he developed a good relationship with Kim. He reiterated this point and said that he will not pressurize North Korea for nuclear disarmament.
The agreement signed between the two leaders in the last year's historic dialogue was unclear. During that time, the objective was achieved very little. From Trump's recent statement, it seems that he is quite successful with Kim's visit to Vietnam.
The Vietnamese government has imposed heavy military force in Dong Dang and stopped the movement of heavy trucks on the roads reaching the station. It is being told that the journey from Kim Hanoi to the bulletproof car will be decided in the convoy.
